Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks Occupational Therapists to deliver home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers. You will work with families to implement strategies in natural environments, collaborating on individualized goals and progress reporting.

California OT license and pediatric EI experience are required or preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $1000, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and a tech stipend are offered to support a rewarding, family-centered

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Occupational Therapy license.
• Pediatric experience required; early intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to boost caregiver confidence and translate progress to daily life.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment—homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
