Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our home-based Early Intervention team in California. You will conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services in children’s natural environments, partnering with families to support developmental goals.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services in the child’s natural environment.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to develop developmental strategies.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
