Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists to serve infants and toddlers in home-based Early Intervention across California. You will conduct developmental OT sessions, following each child’s IFSP and coaching families to implement strategies in daily routines and natural environments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
• PediatricExperience preferred in Early Intervention.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Work with IFSP and families to set goals.
• Build caregiver confidence and skills through family-centered coaching.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycares, community).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
