Job summary

Celebree School in Texas seeks an Infant/Toddler Teacher to nurture young learners and create a developmentally appropriate environment. You will help shape early development, align with Celebree's vision and values, and support families.

You'll lead classroom activities, ensure safety, and assist in guiding classroom aides through early childhood education with patience and compassion. Shifts are Monday–Friday, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day’s activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
