The role requires guiding infants and toddlers with age-appropriate experiences, fostering growth, and ensuring safe, inviting classrooms in a franchise setting.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities with infants, offering guidance as they take first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans per the infant curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance.
