Job summary

Celebree School™ in Plano, TX is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to nurture young children and deliver developmentally appropriate experiences. You’ll help implement Celebree’s curriculum, support classroom aides, and promote a warm, safe learning environment.

Responsibilities include guiding daily activities, maintaining compliance with state regulations, preparing lesson plans, and completing paperwork.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solving, patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day’s activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
