Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering guidance and support as they take their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company policies.
• Create a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space that fosters curiosity.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
