Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a dedicated Toddler/Infant Teacher at our Plano, TX location. You will shape early development in a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment, while guiding classroom aides and ensuring alignment with Celebree's vision and values.

Responsibilities include implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, maintaining a safe and inviting classroom, and completing all required paperwork and reports with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
