Celebree School is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching setting. You will weave Celebree’s vision into daily activities and provide developmentally appropriate experiences for infants and toddlers.

You’ll also help guide classroom Aides, ensure compliance with childcare regulations, and create engaging, safe lessons while maintaining a welcoming space for families.

Qualifications

• This role requires lead teacher responsibilities as approved by the state.
• Understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of children and licensing rules.
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist infants and toddlers with activities and guidance during daily routines.
• Ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company policies.
• Create a welcoming classroom for children, parents, and visitors.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting learning space for exploration.
• Accurate completion of paperwork, reports, supervision records, and attendance.
