Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher eligibility as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support during first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company policies.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree's infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
