Heartfelt Impressions Learning Center in Lake Orion, MI is looking for a caring, dependable building resource teacher to join our infant team. You will support infant teachers, cover breaks, and help maintain ratio while creating a nurturing environment for children.

As a valued closing team member, you will greet families at pickup and contribute to a positive, growth‑oriented setting. Ideal candidates are 18+, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain after hire), with childcare

Qualifications

• Must be certified in CPR/First Aid (can be completed after hire).
• You must be at least 18 years of age (required).
• Previous experience in a childcare setting or private nanny (preferred).
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.

Are you passionate about supporting young children during their most important years of growth and development? Heartfelt Impressions Learning Center in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a caring, flexible and dependable building resource teacher to join our infant team.

In this role, you will provide classroom support throughout the day by assisting infant teachers, covering breaks, helping maintain ratio, while creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment. You will also serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day when they come to pick up their children.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with children and their families and is looking to gain experience in early childhood education. This position offers training and development with the potential for growth and advancement within the organization.

Position Detail:

• Status: Regular, part-time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-6pm
• Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, MI
• Pay range: $15-$17/hour, (based on certification or degree plus years of experience)
• Please note this position does NOT qualify for US Visa sponsorship or relocation
