Job summary

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Lake Orion, MI is looking for two energetic, caring, and flexible Building Resource Teachers to support our Toddler classrooms. You will assist the Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers, build meaningful connections with children and families, and help maintain ratios and coverage during breaks.

This regular, full-time, onsite role offers growth opportunities, training and development, and potential for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid certification (can be completed after hire).
• Previous experience in a childcare setting or as a private nanny (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Appropriate care and supervision in the classroom, bathroom, hallways and outdoors.
• Abide by all Heartfelt company policies and procedures.
• Support lead and assistant teacher.
• Engage in active play and supervision with children in the classroom.
• Direct children through the daily routine and transitions.
• Greet each parent during drop-off and pick-up.

Working with young children is never boring and neither is this role! Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Lake Orion, MI is looking for two energetic, caring, and flexible Building Resource Teachers to support our Toddler classrooms.

As a vital team member, you'll provide support for the Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers, building meaningful connections with the children and their families, ensuring seamless coverage during breaks and maintaining ratios. You will also serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day when they come to pick up their children.

These positions offer growth opportunities, training and development and potential for advancement within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in early childhood education.

Position Detail:

• Status: Regular, full-time (benefit eligible)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
• Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, MI
• Pay range: $14.50-$17/hour (based on certification/education and prior experience)
• Number needed: 2
