Job summary

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Lake Orion, MI is hiring two Building Resource Teachers to support our Toddler classrooms. Regular full-time, onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm, with healthcare and other benefits. Pay ranges from $14.50 to $17 per hour based on certification, education, and experience.

No visa sponsorship or relocation offered. You will assist Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers, build connections with children and families, and cover during breaks while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification required (can be completed after hire).
• Previous experience in a childcare setting or as a nanny preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate care and supervision in the classroom, bathroom, hallways and outdoors.
• Support lead and assistant teacher.
• Engage in active play and supervision with children in the classroom.
• Participate in and direct children through the daily routine.
• Greet each parent at classroom entry.

Job description

Working with young children is never boring and neither is this role! Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Lake Orion, MI is looking for two energetic, caring, and flexible Building Resource Teachers to support our Toddler classrooms.

As a vital team member, you'll provide support for the Lead and Assistant Toddler teachers, building meaningful connections with the children and their families, ensuring seamless coverage during breaks and maintaining ratios. You will also serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day when they come to pick up their children.

These positions offer growth opportunities, training and development and potential for advancement within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in early childhood education.

Position Detail

• Status: Regular, full-time (benefit eligible)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
• Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, MI
• Pay range: $14.50-$17/hour (based on certification/education and prior experience)
