North Point Prep in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a warm Infant and One Year Old Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. You will provide loving daily care, implement developmentally appropriate activities, and monitor each child’s milestones with regular updates to families.

We value nurturing caregivers who prioritize safety, health standards, and collaborative teamwork to foster a supportive learning environment for young children.

Competenze

• Experience with infants and/or toddlers in licensed childcare or early education.
• Knowledge of infant/toddler development stages and best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check per Georgia licensing requirements.

About the Role:

North Point Prep in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a warm, nurturing Infant and One Year Old Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact during the most formative years of a child's life in a supportive and caring environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving daily care for infants and one-year-old toddlers in a safe classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support early childhood development
• Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and daily progress
• Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's day
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with childcare health standards
• Follow proper diapering, feeding, and nap-time routines for infants and toddlers
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, enriching learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting
• Knowledge of infant and toddler developmental stages and best practices
• CDA credential, early childhood education coursework, or equivalent experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Georgia childcare licensing requirements
• Patient, compassionate, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with families
