The candidate will assist with lesson plans, care tasks, and documentation while upholding licensing rules and demonstrating a compassionate, Christian approach. Training and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with infants or young children preferred.
• Must meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to complete required background checks and training.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide attentive, responsive care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Follow all state licensing regulations and health and safety procedures.
• Support age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Monitor and document children's daily activities and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Assist with classroom routines including nap and feeding schedules.
• Model Christian values in daily interactions.

Required:
