Qualifications

• Experience with infants and toddlers in licensed childcare.
• CDA credential or ECE coursework preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check per Georgia childcare licensing requirements.
• Patient, nurturing demeanor with love for young children.
• Strong communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive daily care for infants and one-year-old toddlers.
• Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Document developmental milestones and daily progress.

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and health standards.
