North Point Prep in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a warm Infant and One Year Old Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. You will provide loving daily care, implement developmentally appropriate activities, and monitor each child’s milestones with regular updates to families.

Qualifications

• Experience with infants and/or toddlers in licensed childcare or early education.
• Knowledge of infant/toddler development stages and best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check per Georgia licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive daily care for infants and one-year-old toddlers.
• Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans supporting development.
• Monitor and document child development milestones and progress.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about the child’s day.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and health standards compliance.
• Follow proper diapering, feeding, and nap routines for infants/toddlers.
• Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
