The Learning Experience in Milford, MA is seeking an experienced Infant Lead Teacher to guide a nurturing infant classroom and support early development. You will lead daily routines and collaborate with families to tailor care and learning for each child.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher.
• Experience in infant/toddler classrooms strongly preferred.
• Lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences
• Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child’s needs
• Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
• Implement LEAP Curriculum
• Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play
• Observe and document children’s development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking an experienced and nurturing Infant Lead Teacher who understands how much learning happens during a baby's very first year.

You’ll lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom where individualized care, developmental milestones, and meaningful early learning experiences are woven into each child’s day.

Key Responsibilities
