Job summary

The Learning Experience - Littleton, MA is seeking an experienced Infant Lead Teacher who is EEC certified to lead an Infant classroom with individualized care and developmental milestones. You’ll guide a warm, responsive environment where routines, growth tracking, and meaningful early learning experiences are routine.

You will implement the LEAP Curriculum, collaborate with families and assistants, and ensure a clean, safe classroom.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher.
• Professional Infant or Toddler classroom experience strongly preferred.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving.
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences.
• Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs.
• Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

You’ll lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom where individualized care, developmental milestones, and meaningful early learning experiences are part of every day.
