The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA is seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Lead Teacher who is EEC certified. You will lead a warm, responsive classroom where individualized care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences help our youngest learners thrive.

You'll guide routines, support families, and collaborate with assistants while upholding state requirements and a commitment to professional growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher.
• Professional infant or toddler classroom experience strongly preferred.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences.
• Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs.
• Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

You'll lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom where individualized care, strong family relationships, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences come together to help our youngest learners thrive.
