Job summary

Sodrel Holding Company is seeking a Recruiter to join our Indianapolis team. You will attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates across transportation, logistics, maintenance, and operations.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Experience with ATS and transportation-focused platforms (Tenstreet, IntelliApp, Driver Pulse) is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
• Experience with Tenstreet, IntelliApp, or Driver Pulse preferred.
• Experience recruiting for transportation, logistics, or CDL roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and reviewing applications.

• Coordinating with hiring managers and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining applicant records and monitoring recruiting metrics.
