Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Senior Manager, Industry Technology Strategist to lead front-line sales, partnering with clients and account leaders to scope, shape, and win high-value opportunities. You will orchestrate pursuit teams, design playbooks, and influence go-to-market strategies to stay ahead of demand.

You will translate client challenges into compelling solutions, guide pursuit teams, and act as a trusted advisor at the table, driving growth and delivering differentiated offerings.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading complex pursuits or engagements to successful outcomes.
• Ability to analyze data, read signals, and translate into action.
• Strong network to mobilize internal and external resources.
• Experience shaping outsourcing/managed-services deals or transformational engagements with offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front line of sales, partnering with clients and account leaders to shape and win high-value opportunities.
• Be the connective tissue of the deal, coordinating people, assets, and decisions to move pursuits forward.
• Shape how we sell by designing playbooks and differentiators that give sellers an edge.
• Influence offerings and go-to-market by bringing client and market voice into the business.
• Own the growth picture with account planning, territory analysis, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
• Champion selling excellence by embedding pursuit discipline and enablement tools.
• Spot the next opportunity first by anticipating client and market needs and reshaping engagement.
