Job summary

Chico State Enterprises on the Chico State Campus seeks an Industry Partnership & Recruiting Coordinator to lead employer recruiting and student-industry engagement in the Construction Management program.

The role serves as the primary contact for industry recruiters, coordinates recruiting events, internships, and employment pathways, and tracks outcomes to improve program impact. 30 hours/week with full-time/benefited status and hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in construction, employer relations, recruiting, career services, workforce development, or related area.
• Ability to build relationships with employers, students, faculty and staff.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills; proficient in project management.
• Experience managing multiple events, timelines, and priorities independently.
• Experience using databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for construction industry recruiters, employers, alumni, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and expand strategic employer relationships to support internships and career opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate career fairs and on-campus recruiting activities.
• Track internship and employment outcomes and prepare reports to improve programs.
• Coordinate facilities, interview spaces, and event services for recruiting activities.
