Job summary

California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is seeking an Employers Recruitment & Program Coordinator to lead a variety of activities that connect CSULB students with employers. You will coordinate recruitment events, build partnerships with local, regional, and national employers, and manage CareerLINK postings and student advising.

Reporting to the Director and Assistant Director, you will develop programs that expand part-time, internships, and career opportunities, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in student services or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute employer recruitment presentations and events.
• Establish and build relationships with a wide range of employers; maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate and review CareerLINK job/event postings to meet guidelines.
• Coordinate Student Professional Development Event Calendar for each semester.
• Provide career advising and employment assistance to students and alumni.
