Job summary

Wyatt Field Service is seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead heavy industrial construction projects within the power generation and energy sectors. You will plan, execute, control costs, schedule work, administer contracts, and manage client relationships to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Experience supporting industrial, power generation, energy, or related projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; or combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing project controls, budgeting, cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting estimating and preconstruction activities.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple phases of power generation and heavy industrial construction projects.
• Collaborate with superintendents, teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Review project schedules and monitor labor productivity and equipment utilization.
• Analyze costs and forecasts; manage contracts and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communications.
• Provide leadership in problem solving, risk mitigation, and decision making.
• Align project controls, construction execution, and stakeholder expectations.
