Job summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. seeks a Workforce Manager to lead field workforce planning, allocation, deployment, and development for projects across the United States.

The role partners with Operations, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR to forecast manpower, assign personnel, and ensure optimal utilization of field staff. The ideal candidate has a background in construction management or related field with 7+ years in workforce planning, recruiting, and wage structure oversight, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction ops with field workforce management or recruiting.
• Experience with prevailing wage and project labor requirements.
• Ability to lead workforce planning, allocation, and development.
• Strong leadership and communication across projects and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide field workforce planning in cooperation with Operations.
• Oversee workforce allocation, including assignments and transfers across projects.
• Maintain visibility into workforce availability, skills, certifications, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities and qualifications.
• Assist with wage structures and compensation adjustments based on market conditions.
• Identify training and career development opportunities.
• Monitor labor market trends and advise leadership on staffing decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
