Castolin Eutectic, a global provider of surface protection, is seeking a Wear Solutions Specialist to grow our wear services for key accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement, and steel. You will leverage advanced technologies and collaborate with regional teams to expand market share.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in wear solutions, strong technical and commercial acumen, and the ability to engage maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years wear solutions experience in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel operations.
• Solid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions.
• Must be comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel within key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Market Development: drive wear services growth for key strategic accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement and steel industries.
• Collaborate with Wear Solutions team to provide technical and application support.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users and OEMs to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify prospects and develop messaging for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM.
• Provide technical, design and product support addressing wear-related queries and proposals.
• Collaborate across regions to share best practices and improve technical/commercial approaches.
• Aim for growth in sales volumes, revenue and gross margin for Wear Services.
