Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Water/Wastewater Team Lead to manage and grow our projects across multiple locations. The role includes leading staff development, ensuring quality, and supporting marketing and client interactions for industrial water and wastewater initiatives.

The position values a PE license, strong communication, and a track record in design/build projects. Primary duties involve directing project staff and coordinating with national leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MS preferred for advanced roles.
• Proven experience with leading teams on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations including staff development, profitability, quality control and marketing support.
• Lead industrial water and wastewater projects as project director or project manager; assist in proposals and interviews.
• Coordinate services across sections; ensure proactive project management and adherence to company policies.
