HDR is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design and construction administration for industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will oversee staff, manage proposals, and drive marketing efforts while ensuring high-quality engineering outputs.

The role requires a strong background in process design, coordination with design teams, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, develop and market projects involving planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.
• Provide project and task management, conducting process engineering for projects and proposals; present data in reports and memos.
• Lead production of design calculations and technical reports; prepare engineering plans and specifications for design of facilities.
