Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned Industrial Water/Wastewater Team Lead to guide production operations and staff development. You will lead projects, manage client relations, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of experience, PE licensure, and proficiency with Aspen/BioWin modeling. This role emphasizes leadership, marketing involvement, and quality assurance in a dynamic employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Active professional registration or licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of production section including staff development and quality control.
• May function as Project Manager or Deputy PM and support production on projects.
• Coordinate services with other sections and admin staff.
• Involve in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews.
• Engage with industrial and public clients on projects and proposals.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated via project management system.
• Assist in policy implementation and personnel development.
• Collaborate with National Leaders, Directors and marketing staff on initiatives.
• Direct project staff and lead industrial water/wastewater projects; manage design work and reports.
