Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Water/Wastewater Team Lead to manage operations of a production section, develop staff, ensure profitability, and support marketing efforts. The role may also serve as Project Manager or QA lead, coordinating services with other sections on industrial water/wastewater projects.

Ideal candidates hold a BS and 7+ years of experience, with PE license preferred; MS, Aspen, BioWin software experience, and design/build familiarity are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support
• May function as Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager or Quality Control/Quality Assurance and support production on projects
• Lead and coordinate services with other sections and staff
• Involve in marketing planning, proposals and interviews
• Direct project staff and lead industrial water/wastewater projects as a project director/manager and participate in marketing and planning of proposals
