Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will guide project staff, manage complex analyses, and contribute to proposals and interviews.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with preference for PE, a Master’s, PMP, and significant municipal/industrial water experience. This is a full-time, on-site position across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, develop and market projects involving planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.
• Provide project and task management, perform complex process engineering, and prepare engineering plans and specifications.
• Lead production of design calculations and technical reports; an understanding of design/build is desirable.
