Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to grow our Industrial business unit in the U.S. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts across CDM Smith’s markets.

You’ll lead BD, client engagement, and service management while collaborating with senior PMs and the technology group to deliver high-quality projects. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S. including hi-tech facilities.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with industrial clients.
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
