Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong background in industrial water and wastewater to accelerate growth in the Industrial unit. The role involves identifying opportunities, winning projects, and expanding key client accounts across CDM Smith’s target markets.

The position requires leading business development, client engagement, and collaboration with senior PMs and our technology group to deliver high-quality projects. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of related experience is required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency varies by duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with the technology group to adopt leading-edge tools for project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
