Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to grow our Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts through strategic marketing and high-value relationships.

Travel up to 10% may be required as duties vary. The position offers leadership across major clients and collaboration with senior project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on workload and duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with industrial clients.
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery, and implementing growth strategies.
