CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to help grow our Industrial business unit. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning projects, and expanding key client accounts with a strong background in industrial water and wastewater.

The position entails leading business development, client engagement, and marketing across major U.S. industrial clients, including hi-tech facilities, while collaborating with senior PMs and specialists to ensure high-quality project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop high-value relationships with industrial clients and grow market share.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Work with our technology group to apply leading-edge tools for project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and CDM Smith profitability.
