Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for major industrial clients.
• Manage client service management and strategic marketing activities.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies to grow profitability of CDM Smith.
