Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in industrial markets (oil/gas, chemicals, food/beverage, manufacturing, data centers, high tech, power) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to use leading-edge tools for better project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and CDM Smith profitability.
