Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong water and wastewater background to drive growth within the Industrial business unit across the United States. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts while coordinating with senior PMs and a technology group to improve project delivery.

The role requires leadership in client service management and strategic marketing, with travel as needed to support major industrial clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
12+ years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Lead business development for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
Grow market share by partnering with senior PMs and technical specialists.
Collaborate with technology group to apply leading-edge tools for project delivery.
Implement short and long-term strategies to grow CDM Smith’s Industrial business.
