CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to help accelerate growth of the Industrial unit by identifying opportunities, winning projects and growing key client accounts. This individual will sell consulting, design‑build and EPC projects across CDM Smith’s markets.

The role leads business development, client engagement and strategic marketing for major U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with the technology group to use leading-edge tools for project delivery.
