Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to help accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit by identifying promising new opportunities, winning exciting new projects and growing key client accounts.

This individual will bring experience identifying and selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects across CDM Smith’s target industrial client markets and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency contingent on duties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by collaborating with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with technology groups to leverage leading-edge tools for project delivery.
