Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to help accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit by identifying promising new opportunities, winning exciting new projects and growing key client accounts.

This individual will bring experience identifying and selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects across CDM Smith’s target industrial client markets and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Travel domestically and/or internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development and client engagement for major industrial clients.
• Developing and maintaining high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Growing market share with senior PMs and technical specialists to deliver projects.
• Collaborating with our technology group to adopt leading tools for delivery.
• Implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
