Stantec is seeking a process or mechanical engineer, or engineer-in-training focused on industrial wastewater treatment and process mechanical design to join our Industrial Water team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 1–3 years of process or mechanical engineering experience for industrial clients.
• Hybrid work arrangement may be available.

Responsibilities

• Supports design documentation, plans, and reports for project elements.
• Develops designs through sketches, CAD models, and P&ID development.
• Prepares facility layouts and diagrams and coordinates with other disciplines.
• Performs calculations, data gathering, and testing procedures.
• Participates in design reviews and project coordination meetings.
• Visits job sites to gain field experience and verify designs.
