Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Industrial Water Client and Market Development Lead to drive growth across the US North region and beyond. The role blends strategic client development with project delivery, requiring deep technical knowledge and leadership across treatment, reuse, and wastewater solutions.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in industrial water, a PE license, and experience in business development and account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering; PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and strengthen industrial water client relationships through strategic account management and pursuit leadership.
• Lead and support strategic pursuits, proposals, internal cross-selling, and client and market development initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and/or project management across industrial water opportunities, including treatment, reuse, and wastewater.
• This is a seller-doer role with about half time on business development and half on project work.
