Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction administration for industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will direct staff, manage proposals, and contribute to interviews as part of project development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 7 years of experience, and at least 2 years of project management. PE and PMP certifications are preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills throughout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, develop and market projects involving planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.
• Provide project and task management; conduct complex process engineering for projects and proposals; prepare design calculations and technical reports.
• Lead preparation of engineering plans and specifications; experience with design/build is desirable.
