Job summary

HDR in Madison, WI is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design and construction administration of water and wastewater facilities. You will direct project staff, oversee proposals, and ensure quality across the full project life cycle from planning through construction monitoring.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of project management; Master’s and PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial water and wastewater projects as project director/manager and participate in marketing proposals.

• Coordinate design teams; oversee preparation of engineering plans and specifications for treatment facilities; experience with design/build is desirable.
