Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Project Manager to lead, direct, develop and market projects involving planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will direct project staff, prepare engineering plans and reports, and participate in proposals and interviews.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, PMP, and strong business development capabilities within industrial facility environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years related experience, with at least 2 years in project management.
• Ability to interact with multiple design teams and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial water and wastewater projects as project director and/or project manager; involved in marketing and planning of proposals.
• Provide project and task management; conduct complex process engineering; lead design calculations and reports; prepare engineering plans for treatment facilities.
• Experience with design/build is desirable.
