Job summary

Envita Solutions, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a Customer Program Coordinator II in Industrial Services to schedule and coordinate hazardous and bulk waste streams. You will work closely with the Compliance/Profiling team to profile, approve, and set up each waste stream before service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in customer service or administrative support; environmental industry preferred.
• 1+ year scheduling or coordinating hazardous or industrial waste services.
• 1+ year data auditing and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate hazardous, bulk industrial, and multi-part waste services.
• Profile, approve, and set up waste streams before service.
• Partner with Compliance/Profiling to resolve profile gaps and expirations.
• Coordinate multi-vendor logistics and disposal facility approvals.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain data integrity and generate reports.
