Qualifications

• 4-year degree, preferably in a science field.
• 4 years in a team environment and preferably in a customer service role.
• 1-2 years' experience in the hazardous waste industry.
• Knowledge of RCRA, TSCA and DOT.
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a heavy workload.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SET customer profiles and pricing requests in designated area.
• Manage profiling process of all customer waste streams.
• Provide disposal options and costs as well as complete cost analysis.
• Determine analytical testing needs for waste streams and communicate sampling requirements to customer service/sales.
• Manage waste data and costs in SET database.
• Evaluate waste disposal pricing with regional TSDFs.
• Manage SET generated waste, including profiles and reporting.
• Communicate requirements to Customer Service, Sales and Generators as needed.
• Support regulatory compliance related to hazardous waste classification.
• Collaborate with Sales to offer transportation and disposal options.
