Job summary

Envita Solutions, LLC is seeking an Onsite Team Lead to ensure safe and efficient operation of the by‑product management system at our Indianapolis, IN facility. You will assist with process development and logistics for onsite waste and recycling, and maintain professional daily interaction with client associates.

The role requires supervising shift employees, training, and covering for the Shift Supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent Experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies and working safely.
• Train and supervise shift employees in all processes of by‑product management and recycling.
• Provide support to the Shift Supervisor including paperwork, supervision, and training.
• Cover the Shift Supervisor in their absence (sickness, vacation, meetings) as needed.
• Perform sorting and processing of wastes and by‑products in a fast‑paced facility while complying with regulations.
